Joana Rita Tembil holds a master’s degree in human resource development (M.A.-HRD) from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and a Bachelor of Management Studies from UCC. She also has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management Studies from B-Poly, along with qualifications as a Private Secretary from NACVET.
With over 20 years of experience in human resource management, Joana is currently the Deputy Registrar in charge of the Human Resource Directorate at Bolgatanga Technical University. In her role as a board member at META Foundation, she plays a crucial part in shaping policies and strategies that support the foundation’s mission of fostering community development and empowering marginalized groups. Her insights into human resource management are invaluable in guiding initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and promote inclusive practices.
Joana’s membership in the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) reflects her dedication to professional excellence and continuous learning. Her commitment to education and community service drives her efforts to make a positive impact in her community.
